Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Issue and reissue tickets
- Keep productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard
- Carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks
- Ensure that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard
- Report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor
- Minimum Diploma 3 qualification from any major.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Preferably with work experience in Airlines or Travel industries, particularly as ticketing staff
- 1 year of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
- Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule
