Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
🖌️Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user problems and design solutions
- Translate complex concepts into simple and engaging user interfaces
- Ensure consistent design language across all platforms
- Iterate quickly based on feedback from users and team members
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
📌Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and UX processes
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Available to work on-site during the contract period
