Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze historical data and trends to accurately forecast staffing needs and workload demands.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies that maximize productivity while ensuring adequate coverage.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce efficiency and service levels, making adjustments as necessary.
- Generate and present reports on workforce metrics, providing insights to management for decision-making.
- Work closely with HR, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment on workforce strategies and goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in workforce management practices and implement best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of workforce management, data analysts, and Real Time Floor Management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field or having past working experiences that would have a strong influence on the position.
- Have experience in the credit business and financial industry is a plus
- Proven experience in workforce management, scheduling, operations management, project management, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in workforce management software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data manipulation language (SQL, Python, etc), reporting tools (Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, looker, etc), database management tools (SFTP, HUDI, Spark, etc) is a big plus
